Nothing leaves your environment. The workflows run on your own n8n instance, your receipts are stored in your own Google Drive, and your ledger lives in your own Google Sheets. The only external call is to the Claude API for AI processing — and you hold your own API key. Publication Studios never sees your documents or financial data.
No. The Community tier includes step-by-step documentation and a 12-step testing checklist designed for non-technical operators. If you can use Gmail and Google Sheets, you can deploy this. The Enterprise tier includes full deployment by us if you want certainty.
Discovery on Day 1, infrastructure setup on Days 2–3, business configuration on Days 3–4, testing and QA on Days 4–5, staff walkthrough and go-live on Days 5–6. You are typically fully operational within the first week. Month 2+ is monthly review and optimisation.
Because the workflows run on your own infrastructure and your data never passes through Publication Studios servers, you maintain full control over your data handling. You should review your own PDPA obligations with your legal counsel, but the self-hosted architecture is designed to keep data within your environment.
Growth subscriptions can be cancelled at any time — no lock-in. Enterprise engagements have a 3-month minimum commitment, after which they continue month-to-month. The templates you have downloaded remain yours regardless of subscription status.
Claude Sonnet 4.6 by default for all workflow nodes — data extraction, classification, email drafting, and content generation. Claude Opus 4.6 is used only for the AI Business Advisor (Phase 4 of the build plan), where deep multi-variable analysis is required. You use your own Anthropic API key, so you control the cost directly.
